What is CHPSA   

       Administered by the SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council) and registered at the Civil Administration Ministry as a national juridical association in 1990, CHPSA is a “Non-Profit Organization”formed voluntarily by Chinese production enterprises, research institutes and universities，local association which engaged in hydraulics、hydro-dynamic、pneumatics and seals products。
